Adults 22 and older with developmental disabilities are eligible to apply for services. Eligibility is initially handled through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. All individuals interested in services will need to be placed on the state planning list that is administered through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD). Please call 770-414-3050 and ask for Intake and Evaluation. Students should request to be placed on the planning list at least five (5) years prior to graduation. Individuals with Medicaid Waiver funding and those interested in private pay may request a tour to assist with the decision-making process of choosing a provider. Application information will be provided at that time. Please contact Chatelah Brown to schedule a tour and/or to request information about enrollment.
