Who We Serve

Hi-Hope accepts adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities aged 19 and older. Individuals may approach service in two ways: Medicaid Waiver Services and Fee for Service.

Medicaid Waiver Services

Adults aged 19 and older with developmental disabilities are eligible to apply for services. Eligibility is initially handled through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. All individuals interested in services will need to be placed on the state planning list that is administered through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).

Please call the Region 3 Field Office at 404-244-5050 and ask for Intake and Evaluation Unit.

Note: Individuals in the school system should request to be placed on the planning list at least 5 years prior to graduation.

Hi-Hope accepts individuals who privately pay for services. Fees are based on the type of service, the intensity of supports required and the volume of services desired.

Fee For Service

Individuals with Medicaid Waiver funding and those interested in private pay may request a tour to assist with decision-making. Application information will be provided at that time. Please contact Amber Wright to schedule a tour and/or request enrollment information.
